Mapify is a Shopify app that helps merchants automate product mapping for Printify fulfillment based on shipping destinations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
We collect and store the following types of information:
• Shop Information: Your Shopify store name, email address, domain, and Shopify shop ID
• Order Data: Shopify order IDs and order names for processing purposes
• Printify Integration: Your Printify API tokens (encrypted), Printify shop IDs, and product catalog information
• Product Mappings: Your configured product replacement rules and country preferences
• Activity Logs: Order processing events, errors, system actions, and support requests
• Subscription Information: Your selected plan tier and usage data
We use the collected information to:
• Process Shopify orders and create corresponding Printify fulfillments with tracking information
• Apply product mappings based on shipping destinations and your configured rules
• Send error notifications and important updates to merchants
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Monitor app performance and improve our services
• Enforce subscription limits based on your selected plan
• All data is stored securely on Gadget's cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures
• Printify API tokens are encrypted at rest using strong encryption algorithms
• Data is isolated per merchant - you can only access your own store's data
• All connections use secure HTTPS protocols
• We implement regular security updates and monitoring
We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We only share data with:
• Printify: To create, cancel, and manage orders on your behalf
• Shopify: To create fulfillments with tracking information for your orders
• Gadget (Infrastructure Provider): For hosting and data storage
We will never share your data for marketing purposes or with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
• Your data is retained while the app is installed on your Shopify store
• Upon app uninstallation, all app-related data (Printify credentials, product mappings, activity logs) is automatically deleted
• In compliance with GDPR, we delete all merchant data within 48 hours of receiving a shop/redact webhook from Shopify
Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to:
• Access Your Data: Request a copy of all data we store about you
• Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Request Deletion: Have all your data permanently deleted (accomplished by uninstalling the app)
• Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data we hold
• Opt-out of Emails: Disable email notifications at any time through the Activity Logs page

Mapify does NOT store end-customer personal information (names, addresses, payment details, etc.). We only store order IDs and order names for processing purposes. All customer data remains with Shopify and is managed according to Shopify's privacy policy.
Mapify uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated session within the Shopify admin. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or any other purposes.
Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country. We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and use appropriate safeguards.
Mapify is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app or via email if the changes are significant.
